Still cannot get into reservations for online check in dcl account

Does anyone have any experience with this? I have spoken to Dcl 3 times. They have walked me through all kinds of things and no luck. They told us to just come to the port around 1pm if we cannot check in online. I was really surprised that that is their solution.!? I suggested they do online check in for us and they said they cannot do this.

That is strange. I know that they have all the documents you need at port to review and sign anyway, but if you want to pick your own PAT that can only be done with online check in. And I would imagine the around 1 PM arrival is based on fewer people arriving then and already having the majority on board.

What exactly is happening when you attempt to check in online? Have you changed servers from IE to Chrome or vice versa? Sometimes, I cannot get in using IE but have no problem with Chrome.

yes we have tried chrome, safari, firefox, explorer, a mac, a windows desktop, ipad amazon tablet, iphone, Samsung phone... so weird. We have always been able to check in online on previous occasions. I am going to call dcl again later tonight.
 
What a drag. Sometimes technology is a kick in the tush. :(
Good luck...I wish I could tell you to try something else, but it always works for me when I switch servers or refresh the account.
 

you might try deleting all the cookies and then logging on again.
Unfortunately, we have tried that. More than once. I even went in and created an account login for my husband's castaway account (which we have never bothered to do) and tried to access "his" reservation and then link mine to his, but i couldnt even get to his. It shows up on his castaway account, like mine does, but if I click on it, I get a blue page with the site map at the bottom. Thats when i thought maybe someone else was having trouble too, but it doesn't sound like it! We have two rooms and therefore two reservation numbers and put one adult as the lead on the reservation in each room.:badpc:
 
Just a thought, but have you tried adjusting your computers Compatibility View setting?
 
Earlier this week, I was unable to do online checkin by clicking the link (even while using chrome) but I clicked on the My Cruise Activities tab and chose port excursions and somehow from there I was able to do online check in as usual. It's worth a try maybe...good luck!
 
Success!! The problem has to do with a time warner merger which occurred a few days ago. Dcl said they figured out everyone with this problem was on an isp (no idea) affected by the merger. The problem is not fixed, but I was able to access my reservations by using a different internet provider (turn off wifi on phone and access verizon network). Thank you to everyone!!
