Still a surcharge at Planet Hollywood?

On the 2005 listing of restaurants that participated in the Dining Plan, it was noted that there was a surcharge on certain entrees at Planet Hollywood.
However, on the 2006 listing there is no mention of any surcharge.
Just wondering if there is still a surcharge or not.

I'm pretty sure it's still listed on the main Disney Dining Site - don't have time to check right now, but I have all of the new documents, and I swear I saw it somewhere today that there still is a surcharge.

The surcharge at Planet Hollywood, I believe, is ONLY on the surf and turf entree. If you order anything else you will be fine.

Hi, when I booked our ressies there, the cm told me the dining plan covers up to $22. I assume that's per person, (I hope)
