What do you use to clean off the sticky residue from your scrapbooking scissors?

I use unDu. I found it in ACMoore in the adhesive section. (mine happens to be in the dollhouse aisle...)

and be VERY careful with whichever you use, because those babies are SHARP!

I've designated an old pair of kids' school scissors for cutting sticky stuff like Terriffically Tacky Tape. I clean them from time to time with nail polish remover since I don't have any of those other products at home.

I used to use the alcohol preps, but now I use Goo Gone. I just love that stuff. A while back when DH's friend was doing some construction in our house there was some sticky tar like stuff on the floor saddle. He didn't think it would come off, I got it off in seconds with Goo Gone, he was amazed!

To clean the scissors I use a cotton ball and keep the scissors flat on the table as LindaBabe said BE careful!

I use rubbing alcohol. But I use just one pair of scissors that I get sticky, and leave them that way most of the time!

Just an FYI. I THINK cutterbee makes a pair of scissors that sticky won't stick to. I may be wrong, but I Think I saw them awhile back
