Hello! I'm wondering if you stick to your running training plan while you are vacationing in Disney. I have mixed feelings. Part of me really wants to run because it'll be fun to run in new places and I want to keep my training going. I'm slightly concerned about how tired I will be because of the heat/humidity and lots of walking. It's hard to wake up to get to rope drop, never mind to fit in a run. What do you do? Do you take the week off, stick to your plan, or reduce your mileage?
