Stick figure family-what size to make figures??

So this is my sad attempt at trying to make my stick figure family...I want to make a shirt using this design one for each of us...I know what size to make the transfers but what size do I make the actual stick figures when I'm DISigning? Like what size should the stickman be for a daddy? a mommy?
a 2 yr old? and if anyone has a baby stick figure I'd love y'all more than I already do....anywho he's my sad attempt LOL Thanks everyone! Oh I borrowed the figures from Michelles bucket....hope you don't mind! Was I suppose to ask???

LOL...I don't mind The only ones that really need to be resized though are the kids. I start at 80% reduction and see if it looks like a child of a certain age. It's really just trial and error
