Would this interest a 5yo who has no idea who Stitch is? I've read a review of it and it sounds really lovely, but DD has never seen the film and doesn't know who the characters are - would she still get something out of it?

Absolutely - my BIL (the least Disneyfied of the lot of us) was completely charmed by Stitch Live ;)

My brother liked this and didnt even know who or what Stitch was.

Stitch live is fantastic.

If I had to raise one issue with it, it would be that it's very heavily scripted, so once you've seen it, you know what's going to happen.

I wish they'd included an opportunity to ask Stitch some questions, to really show off the interactivity of the show.

But that's only a slight issue - it's still fantastic, especially the first time when you don't know what's going to happen.

I think after this has been there for a while they will update the show, otherwise people will stop going back!

I agree - my DD1 (nor my DH) didn't really know about Stitch and we all LOVED the show - it's very clever and very funny! :thumbsup2

That's good to know - will definitely add that one to the list then. Thanks guys!

ny 4 yo loved it and she has never seen the film either, we went in about 7 times lol

We got lilo and stitch on DVD for like £6 in sainsburys!!!

Its a wonderful movie! So go get it and then she will know who stitch is and love it even more!!!

I'm loving the BOGOF offer back on the dvds (Play even has it on the new aladdin release), we pretty much have most of the disney dvds now! Stocking up for when we have kids. That's our excuse anyway, lol.

We seen about 3 variations of the script during the summer, so hopefully they will continue to develop the improv :thumbsup2

That's good to hear...

I know some bits sounds as if they are set pieces, such as the one that a large number of people on this board seem to have been picked on by Stitch for (I won't mention the exact section to avoid spoiling it for people who haven't seen it yet).

I am sorry but I will totally disagree (joking) lol, the first time we saw it when lilo phoned stitch he pretended to be at the farm and we all had to be chickens and cows. The second time we watched it, he said he was at the zoo and we had to be lions and monkeys.
