TheBellhop said:Do you really think he's the only dad who dies every day? Do you think he was the most important father figure who stopped breathing? The point I'm making is, their are widows every day. I don't understand how you have so much sympathy to THIS particular case, and yet nobody makes threads about other people who die every single day.
I have sympathy for Terry as a mother, and her children as children without a father. But am I really going to spend my whole day thinking about this ordeal?
i kind of, agree.
i mean, my uncle instantly died in a car accident a couple years ago. it was a tragic accident but yet, everyone mourned over his loss. i am some-what over it because i saw him 3 times a month if that but i still miss him. my aunt(33 at time), cousin1(16 at time), and cousin2(14at time), dont have a dad/husband and cousin1 just graduated a couple of weeks ago. but even though we are kinda over it, it still hurts. this inccident will hurt many people for a while. but even though a dad/mom dies everyday and children are left parentless, you still have to have some
sympathy so matter who it is or what happened to them. if not, its kinda like saying, your husband/wife/dad/mom is dead! big deal!
even if you dont like/know the person/s suffering, could ya still care? just a little bit?
