I think they were looking for Prince Charming since it is "His" Carousel.:)

I have to say they do need a little work on their dismounts!lol:)

Cute. Do they do this every morning or is this just a lucky experience?

Very cute. I love the Step Family, they are always hilarious to interact with.

Hahahaha! Love it! It's the simple things like this that make Disney so awesome!:rotfl:

Plenty of funny videos on YouTube with the step sisters! I loved one where a guy proposed to one of the sisters. :rotfl2:

Love those pics! Thanks for posting!

Unless things have changed, they were doing it every morning in October. They are fun to watch even if you aren't actually on the carousel with them. DD, now 8, has LOVED Anastasia since she was 2 and saw Cinderella 2 (Anastasia is nice in that one). On our trip in October, Anastasia took DD to ride the carousel with her two different days. It was the highlight of our trip. I thought DD was going to burst with joy the first time!

We LOVE LOVE LOVE the Stepmother and Stepsisters. We ran into them at the Villians Soiree at MNSSHP after the morning carousel ride and the stepsisters remembered DD in the lobby and came running up to her and the Stepmother remembered her upstairs too. We saw the Stepmother at 1900 Park Fare a couple of days after DD's spin on the carousel with them, and she went and talked to Anastasia and Drizella after leaving our table (who looked a little different ;) ) and they "remembered" DD when they got to our table. She was absolutely wonderful! (You can't see her whole face, but I'm pretty sure that is "our" stepmother in the photo above). We did 2 MNSSHP parties that trip and the second one we ran into Anastasia at the villians dance party. She might have looked a little different too ;), but she "remembered" DD (Oh- it was dark I didn't recognize you right away) and they started dancing up a storm. A photopass photographer came and got a couple of cute pics. So... basically our last trip was pretty much a Stepmother and Stepsisters trip. They were the BEST part of our trip and what DD talks about the most! Love those girls!!!

I'm guessing right at rope drop, before their M&G. Guessing it's their temporary "mingle" while the train is down. They usually walk from the station up Main Streer to their spot, and we had a ball walking with them one morning. I yelled out "hey, where's your pretty sister" and it spiraled downhill from there LOL

Never having done rope drop til this trip, I didn't know some characters did this. Our first MK day, we did rope drop and headed o Adventureland. We are a big group, so slow-moving, and we stopped for pictures.our first ride was Magic Carpets and Aladdin andJasmine came out and greeted everyone and got in our carpets with us! It was definitely a trip highlight! I'd say it must have been "near" rope drop, but definitely not the Carpets very first spin of the day.

Similarly, on our 2nd MK day, we did rope drop, but ambled down Main Street, peeked in on my nephew getting a first haircut in New Harmony Barbershop, took our time heading to fantasyland. We went on the carousel when lo and behold the stepsisters and step, other got on too! They are really hilarious! So, again, rope drop, but not immediately first thing they were there.

Don't know if it's rlevant, but our first day was Monday and 2nd was a Friday.

My DD was lucky to have drisella sit next to her the last time we were there. She was only 3 at the time aND had no clue what to do. It was really great and she still talks about it.

Cute! What time do they do this usually?

In October, they were doing it a few minutes before their first meet and greet of the day. They were going straight from the Carousel to the meet and greet spot.
