Alrighty Wishers, as a challenger in the stay off the evil scale challenge, I have been thinking about how hard it is not to weigh myself. I was thinking the other day that this is definitely what you'd call stepping out of your comfort zone.
Then I began to think about other ways I have stepped out of my comfort zone and wanted to know what further ways I can keep this weight loss journey interesting. I instantly thought of all of you!
So, how can we continue to reach beyond what's comfortable and familar and step things up a bit?
Here's my top 3 for July:
1) Stay off the scale
2) Drink 80-120 ounces of water daily
3) Work out every day (even if I only do ab work some days)
I'd love to be able to focus on different aspects of the weight loss process as the weeks and months roll along. Care to add your two cents? What can you do to step out of your comfort zone and rev things up a bit on your weight loss journey? This is not a new challenge but just my rambling thoughts to give each of us something to think about and hopefully give me some new ideas. I still have another 70 pounds to lose so I'll be at this for a while. Thanks for your thoughts in advance!
