Stearns and Foster Mattress?

I love my Stearns & Foster, I have the Eurotop Violeta Firm. We got it in Feb, we are on our 3rd one though, the first one had a hole so I requested a exchange and the second one measured a height of 11-12in when it should be 15in height. The 3rd & current set still doesn't measure 15in but its close enough & feels great. I have learned that you have to be careful with Stearns & Foster, some sets are defective.
