steamboat willie whistle

While doing some metal detecting, I found a steamboat willie whistle. It seems to be made out of brass, and was gold plated. Most of the gold plating is missing. It has steamboat willie either carved on top of it or soldered, and the Disney trademark on the bottom of it. It is about 2" long, and 3/8" square. A really neat piece. Can anyone help me with some info. on it? It is the first one I have ever seen.

Which Disney trademark is on the bottom? There are several different ones which determine when it was made.

It is kind of small, but the best that I can tell it looks like the letter c in a circle, or maybe a dot in a circle, and Disney is written right beside the trademark. Thanks for your response.
