what I do not see is what you get with the main Entree's can someone tell me what you get with this meal besides the meat? or does one have to buy each item to add to a plate? if so thats a lot of money !! also Napa rose. do we have to order the sides to go with the meats??

You don't get anything except bread basket on the table. All sides are ordered seperately, unless you order the Prix Fixe option. Also, when we went in January we noticed the prices were higher than those shown on all ears. I emailed them to see if they wanted the updated prices but didn't hear back. It will give you a general idea from price though. It's very expensive, but excellent food and service.

We had dinner at Steakhouse 55 two weeks ago. One appetizer (portobello mushroom), one onion soup, one salad, one rack of lamb, one porterhouse steak, one side of macaroni and cheese, and one side of spinach. We also had 4 glasses of wine. Dinner for two after discount was $145.

I was very happy with it!

The Prix Fixe menu is a great deal!

Steakhouse 55 is very much the traditional steakhouse - just as is Ruth's Chris, Morton's and all the famous ones. All sides are an additional price, but boy are they good!!!!!

At the Napa, the meats come with various accompaniments - such as a puree, or root vegetables or some such interesting side. We've never found it necessary to order the additional sides like at 55.
