First time staying in a Disney hotel and have a couple of questions. I have purchased our tickets separately from our hotel booking. Will they be able to put them on our room keys? Also if I use the room keys around the parks to pay for food, souvenirs etc can I use cash to pay the bill at the end of the stay? Thanks for your help, getting excited now,only 19 days to go.

I can't answer your first question regarding the tickets, but my guess would be that they will not put them on your KTTW card. However, that is just a guess. As for charging using your KTTW card, yes you can pay the bill in cash at the end, we did it on our trip.

I am also unsure about the tickets. If they aren't part of a package, then it is probably unlikely they will be able to be put onto your KTTW card. As the PP said, you can settle the bill for charging in cash at the end of your stay. Just bear in mind that you will need to put a credit card against the room in order to have charging privileges and they will put a hold of a certain amount against the credit card until the bill is paid or the 'hold limit' is reached (whichever happens first). If you are settling in cash, it may be as well to settle the balance every few days, rather than risk them charging to your credit card when/if you reach the limit.

You dont need to put a credit card on the room, we dont. We just hive them the cash. So we put$200 on the key to jse around the world

Just to clarify, in order NOT to have to have a credit card held against the room, you would need to pay cash upfront and would only be able to cahrge up to the amount pre-paid.

You will be able to put your tickets onto you room key. I do it every year without any hassle, even when I change resorts they just put the remainder of days onto new key card. I always put credit card onto room key as well but day before departure I go and pay the bill.
