Staying onsite in October - hotel rates

We haven't stayed onsite during the fall before, and I'm planning on either GCH or PP for next October 2007. Is that a cheaper rate then the summer? Or is it considered a peak time due to it being around Halloween?

I'm hoping for GCH, but only if I can get some sort of cheaper deal then what the prices are during the summer months. Thanks!

October is value season, this year they are running a fall special "Stay 3 Nights get the 4th Night FREE."
