I have been on WW for about 6 months now and have been pretty successful. I went on a cruise and did not gain any weight!!! So now I head to WDW and I was wondering how to stay on plan.
I am bringing some 1 point treats with me for those late night cravings, some apples, the 100 calories hostess muffins, and some low fat triscuits.
What are some good ideas for meals while in the parks?

I know from my last trip that many of the food courts and restaurants offer carrots instead of fries.

And the starlite cafe I believe its called(Ive been enough I should know) has yummy veggie burgers if you like that stuff(I do). But you could probably stay on plan by getting yourself a kids meal(burger even) and get carrots instead of fries. I think its possible. When I have gone we always tend to having a early dinner and snacks through the day that we bring in baggies to keep energy up. So if you can handle carrying it bring small snack meals especially if you can get to a store when you get there. Usually saves $ too. HEHE

Do you track your points(flex) or do core. Maybe you can switch to core and find only "core" foods to eat while in parks and only track the stuff that isn't on core. Just a thought. All that walking requires more calories too so factor that in your plan.

Thank you for the tips.
Most of my meals will be counter service since I am travelling solo, I like the idea of getting a kids meal. Bringing snacks into the parks is a great tip too. I have not done that since my kids were little.
I track my points, but I had thought of changing to core because trying to figure some of the points may be tough.
I had thought about getting some carrotts and putting them in individual snack bags and take them with me in my carry on luggage.
Of course with all the walking, that will help burn off the calories. I come back on a Tuesday and weigh in that Friday, so my hope is to have actually lost a pound while I am away.
