Staying off site question

Hi! We are going to be staying off site. We were looking at the dining reservations at some of the disney resorts while we are at the world.

Can off site guests use the boats, monorails, buses, etc to visit the resorts from the world? Or is that only for on site guests?

Like say while we are at MK and want to go to Poly for Ohanas, can we still use the boat from MK to get there, and rerun to MK?

Resort transportation is available to all resort and PARK guests. Enjoy your vacation.

Everything at the resorts are for park guests pretty much except EMH, pools and MB. We ate on site did a ton of the activities the resorts offered both free and paid(check out Ft. Wilderness...campfire with Chip and Dale, this is a freebie and lots of fun!) Enjoy your trip!

You don't have to show any kind of ID. Just get on and have fun.

Just keep schedules in mind when booking reservations. You don't want to end up at a monorail resort dining with your car at the Epcot parking lot and the monorail is no longer running.
