Staying off site - DTD bus ?

Hi everyone - this next trip we will be staying off-site unless they have a great promo but I wanted to see if we are allowed to park at DTD, bus to a hotel, and then bus to a park (there are no direct busses from DTD to the parks correct?) I will be considering the hassle factor too but was just wondering .. Thanks Michelle

In theory I would assume that no one will catch you.

However, I have seen Disney bus drivers play 20 questions with folks trying to get on that first bus back to the resort when they seemed to suspect them of "gaming" the system. Also, keep in mind that the buses don't start running until 10 am or so FROM the resorts to DTD and in the AM the buses are not as frequent as you might imagine.

Thanks for you input Carol. I was thinking it might be a time waster and I should just to cough up the $9 per day. Michelle
