Staying for Valentine's day?

Is it worth staying an extra day to be there on valentine's day? do they do anything special? It's WDW so I'm assuming they do something... but is it worth it?

We went the year they were doing the limited time magic promotion. They had lots of special meet and greets. I.e., all the princes appeared with the princesses, and if you saw Mickey at Town Square, you got to see Minnie and Mickey. It was a rare chance for some good photo ops. They also had Cindrella's buggy out. Finally, they turned the castle pink and purple at night.

It's always possible they will do any of those things. But I think I read that last year all they did was turn the castle pink and purple at night.

So is it worth another day? If it was only one extra day, I would stay for sure, just in case they do something special. But don't necessarily count on it.

(One more thing: I think there are sometimes some special meals available at the restaurants on Valentine's Day.)
