Staying at WDW - Going to Universal 1 Day

Any suggestions for traveling from a WDW Resort (Yacht Club) to Universal Studios one day? We're going for a week and want to see the Hogwarts area of Universal - but not sure how to get there other than taxi.... Have never been off of WDW property on any of our other visits - so this is sure to be an adventure!!

I'm going in Feb. and am planning on using the Mears shuttle. There's more info on it and other transportation options on the sticky under UO/IOA forums found here.
