We will be spending 4 nights at VWL then a 3 night cruise, fllowed by one night @ VB for sunday. Will this work out? I never cruised before so I'm not sure what time we will leave the ship Sunday and how long it will take to get to VB? Is this a sound plan?

I have never cruised, so I can't offer advice there.

I will say that it sounds like a FUN plan!!!

This will work out fine. You are only about an hour from Port Canaveral to get to Vero. You will probably disembark between 8:00am and 9:00am (maybe even earlier). If you haven't been to Vero yet, you are gonna love it.

We stayed at Vero for a night after we left our 3-day cruise.

It was so strange for us when the waitress at Shutter's brought our bill - we had grown quite accustomed to the "free (?!?) food" for the last 3 days!! :)

Have a great time!!

We were at VB just two weeks ago, it was our first trip. My first impressions of the resort were a little refrained, but by the end of the trip we both felt that VB offered one of the most relaxing vacations. That why I would like to cap my trip off with a stay there.

We stayes at Vb after our four day cruise which we now wish was longer and found it the perfect way to end a great vacation. DH and I loved watching the sun go down from the deck of the lounge while the kids finished the day at the pool. There was plenty for all of us to do if we wanted.

Glad to hear VB is relaxing/ We're heading there for Thanksgiving week before a week at Disney. Pinch me...
