staying at Value's eatting and pools @Deluxe

Does anyone know if we were to stay at the P.O.P. would we be able to use the pools or beaches of the deluxe resorts. Would we also be able to eat at the other resorts?

You can eat at any resort. Pool hopping is not allowed.

You can't use the pools, but you could walk down to the beach to take a look around. One night after dinner at Ohana we walked down to the Poly beach to watch the EWP... it was really nice, so we stayed there on our next trip after that.
