DH and I have just started talking about our annual trip and thought we might like to visit Universal this trip.
We go to WDW each year but haven't visited Universal in the last 5 or 6 years. We are planning to stay at a value and going sometime beween Thanksgiving and Christmas this year. Would like to stay one night at Universal to take advantage of front of line. Really thought mid week would probably be less crowded. To avoid check out and check in we thought about just keeping our value room for the entire stay and booking a room at Universal for the one night (thinking the cost of paying for both rooms might be worth it) and arrange some transportation to and from. Has anyone done this and were there any problems with not being in your room one night? How did it work out??
