Staying at the Beach Club survey

We stayed at the BCV the week before Thanksgiving, and I was hoping that I would get the postcard to do the survey, and today I did. That was one of the most enjoyable villas stays that we had. I have found that the Beach Club seems to care the most about our stays, we almost always get a card when we stay there. There also seems to always be a message from the manager just after checking in to see if everything is alright. I've never had to call back to ask for something to be fixed, but it's nice to get the call which implies that we should call if something is amiss.

The BCV were our "last to be added on points", and we're so glad we have them.

I totally agree with you. We got a welcome recording, a hope you had great time departure recording and the postcard when we got back. We loved out stay this past July. We are hoping to get in again next July.

Yes, I agree with you. bobbi. The only thing that's a little funny about that call from the manager is that if you have linked ressies (maybe waitlisted nights, etc.) you may get several calls from the manager. Last year I had several linked ressies and got calls welcoming me and wishing me a safe trip home about 3 times each. But it was nice. Also, not only did I get the card in the mail, on the day of check-out, while I was sitting in the Solarium, someone approached me to do a survey on-line. I've heard from some people who've had experiences with uncaring CMs at BCV, but I've always had very positive experiences.
 
We had a great stay at BCV last July - I was very impressed by the management. The whole resort was very well-maintained and we had a great stay. We can't wait to stay there again!

This happened to me in May! I didn't connect the "linked" reservation connection before, but yes, that's what it was.
