staying at sheraton safari, will disney--------?

It will be exactly 7 days prior to going to mgm on our arrival day. We are staying off site and then switching onsite after 4 nights. Heres my question:
Will I be able to call the all star music(when I am actually staying at the sheraton) to make fantasmic dinner package, I would hate to have to wait until we check in at the asmusic, since it will only we 3 days prior to our day at mgm. I want to eat at hollywood and vine, I heard its wonderful.
I hope I didn't confuse anyone, since I am confusing myself.

You can only book it 7 days in advance when you stay at a Disney Resort.
(Try on your first day at the Disney Resort.) If you are offsite you must do it at MGM that morning.
I did it on the same day, ate at Hollywood and Vine, and had no problems.
