Staying at POP - Shuttle to non-Disney attractions?

Staying at Pop Century Resort (first time at WDW) in July. If I want to go to some of the other non-Disney attractions (Sea World, Islands of Adv., Cape Canaveral, etc.) do they offer shuttle services from POP? If so, apporoximate price ranges?

There are several options.

Mears provides shuttle service from all Disney resorts to Universal, Islands of Adventure, Sea World for approximately $14 per person round trip.

Many of the Towncar companies provide personalized roundtrip service from all Disney resorts to any destination you wish starting at about $65 and up for a towncar of 4 people or a van of 10 people starting at about $80 and up.

There is also National and Alamo car rentals on property at the Dolphin that you can get starting at about $40 for 24 hours.

One of the reasons we always get a rental. If you take the cost of shuttle or towncar to and from the airport, and now add in cost of getting to IOA or something like that, it would be more than the price of a rental. For our family of four it is more cost effective and convenient to have a car.

I agree with ahoff, I just planned this out too. Stayong at POP and thinking about going to US... after figuring I do not want to get stuck on a Mears wait or long ride, the price of hiring a car to and from aiport alone ... just worth it to get a car .... I got Amalo so far for 253 for 10 days vs 150 for airport only if I go with FL Tours.... heck worth 100 more to have a car.... JMHO !
