We are staying at Beach Club in September for the first time, with a 2 bedroom villa, and we had a few questions.

Are buckets and shovels provided, or available for purchase, for the sand area for Stormalong Bay? (This is our most important question)

Are the Epcot fireworks visible from a villa's balcony, and if so would I need to request a room to do so?

Are the Epcot fireworks very loud at the villas? (I know this is counter the the last question, but we have a 3 year old that may need to be asleep by then)

What quick food options are available? Just Beaches and Cream? Are there others at Boardwalk that are easily accessible?

Thank you all very much in advance for the assistance!

Hurricane Hannah’s is the poolside quick service at Beach Club. They used to give a shovel and pail with their kids meal, but I don’t know if they still do that. Otherwise they are not provided.

There is also the Marketplace in the gift shop that offers quick service. Breakfast was always fine, but not many options for lunch dinner. The Swan/Dolphin has some options. Boardwalk is limite to the bakery and pizza window. Not a great area for quick service meals, but Ale & Compass and Trattoria Al Forno were offering mobile to go options.

I don’t remember our experience with fireworks, but yes, you can hear them.

Beaches and Cream is table service, not quick service.

Beach Club Marketplace is quick service, as is the marketplace at Ale and Compass at Yacht Club.

Hurricane Hannahs at the pool had limited food options last i heard; the grill has not reopened.

boardwalk bakery is open. Boardwalk To Go kiosk has limited days/hours. Boardwalk pizza window is open. PP mentioned using mobile order to get takeout from some table service restaurants.

swan/dolphin have their own app which you can download to see hours of their restaurants.

The trees next to BCV have been growing, making it harder to see fireworks if your room faces the right direction. I’m sure others can give more specifics.

We spend a lot of time in the SAB sand. They bring you drinks. It's lovely. There have always been plenty of sand toys like buckets and shovels at SAB when we have gone, the fancy Disney ones where you can make Mickey shapes and such, even post-Covid.

I guess it's possible some jerk guest could take the toys, but there has always been plenty for lots of kids when we have gone, and kids have been pretty good about sharing what they bring. I did see a lifeguard get a parent in trouble who brought a giant landscaping shovel. I mean, really dude? You could also buy the overpriced kit in the Beach Club gift shop worst case scenario. It's pretty cute actually.

Disney does have life jackets at SAB, but I would bring my own floaties for a 3 year old. I've been able to clip them to a backpack even on Spirit without an issue. I wouldn't bring beach toys, unless you're driving and can just throw them in. Even then I might not bring them, because there's a good chance they will get mixed up with the many toys and lost. We contributed our buckets from Restarauntasaurus fries to the mix.

I've never gotten a room that wasn't facing the small pool.

Edit to add: I'm talking about the sand that's in the pool area, not the little beach that's open to the public on the lake. There's nothing on that little beach. You'd have to bring your own stuff there.
