Staying at ASM have guests coming overnight

Having a magical gathering at ASM. Have gotten 3 ajoining rooms. My son his wife and two children in one, my two daughters, my granddaughter in another, and the last room for Hubby and myself. Here's the question, my parents and grandmother are coming to spend christmas eve, and christmas day with us. I plan on having my parents in the extra bed (in with my hubby and I) and putting my Grandmother in with my daughter. There won't be any more than 4 people in each room, and I will tell the front desk, but is there any other considerations I should make?

Don't tell Disney you have guests, until the day they come. They often don't charge for an extra adult(s) in a room, if it's not on the original reservation. Plus, if you tell them ahead of time, it's very hard to undo what they most likely will do..charge you for each night you are there, instead of each night the guests are there. Just in case anyone has a problem with this, I want to make it clear, I am not telling her to not mention it..but to wait until the day of.

Thanks ~ it also bears mentioning that plans change and they might not come either, and then you would have the mess at the front desk, taking things off...etc. Thanks again!!!!

Yes do as Rick suggested wait until the day of arrival or the day before. That way if the plans do change there is no reason to even worry about it. It will be up to Disney whether to charge the extra adult charge, you might get lucky and get a Christmas surprise.
