staying 1 nite at Poly what to request?

We are staying one nite at the poly (this friday!) and I want to call to add some requests, as far as location and such. We are traveling with a toddler, any suggestions?

I dont know about location but if you want to be close to the gch and monorail then ask for rarotonga or samoa lst or 3rd floor if you want a balcony. also do you need a pack and play or bed rails etc? If you dont want a balcony, then ask for a 2nd floor room.

We are staying for one night before our cruise, and this is the approach I took. I thought I'd just let them "work some magic". I hope I won't regret it!
