Agreed. It's been this way since the pandemic. It's also that way here where I live, not enough waiters, and waitresses to fill up tables. It's weird, where did all those people go? And what are they doing now? The only thing feeling "sold out," these days are how many people are in line at the parks.

Probably a staffing issue - not enough cooks or waitstaff to service all of the tables.
