Staybridge Suites.LBV or Buena Vista Suites

Can you give your opinion which is better? We are only staying one night before check-in onsite. We need the two bedroom as it will be seven of us and both hotels said they would be able to accomodate. The location as to which is closer does not make that much difference. We will use the free breakfast so that would play a part. We will not be using any of the amenities as we will go to DTD on arrival night and check out by 8am the next day. Thanks for the feedback.
