Staybridge suites anaheim, Handlery San diego

We are planning a trip with 7 nights at Staybridge suites with 3 day disney park hopper and days at universal etc and then 7 nights Handlery San Diego to do seaworld, the zoo etc. Has anyone stayed at either of these? Or can anyone offer any additional suggestions for things to do, places to eat etc?

We will be me (disabled),DH, DS (14), DD's X2 (12 - twins)..
