I believe we have determined that the savings on the Stay Play Dine deal for 2018 at the MODERATE resort level is 45% off the quick service dining plan.

Did you mean to write "45% of the regular dining plan" for moderates? I thought when I checked a moderate for SPD that the starting package for SPD was the regular dining plan. Maybe I'm wrong though.

So, we booked a room only WL plus memory maker for New Year’s Eve and 4 day base tickets, standard dining plan and room at WL January 1-5. 2 adults, 1 child (9) and 1 child (5).
Before discount $5001
After discount $4631
Total $370 off.....
It took an hour and a half on the phone listening to “it’s a small world”
I’m pretty ticked! Totally lame discount!!

I managed to get a SPD at CSR Mar 9-15 (which is spring break for us) for $3907. Just a standard room for two adults and two children (12, 7) and 4 day base tickets. The non-discounted price was $4588. I think it's a decent discount - but I'm not an expert at these discounts. Now I need to find decent flight prices!

The Dining plan component of your package for 6 nights = $1,513; based on my calculation on the first post 45% off dining = $681 savings.

$4,588 - $3,907 = $681 and the formula is proven again. Now you know how the discount works, Congrats on your savings!
