Stay in park or out??

As for the kitchen, even though we prefer to stay at a place that has one, we hardly ever actually cook. We just like having the regular size refrigerator/freezer and the ability to warm something up in the microwave.

Good point. When I mentioned earlier how nice it is to have a kitchenette off-site, this is the reason why we like it. We're not exactly cooking up lasagna in there...lol.

Also, I still get back to the seperate room which you can only find in a suite. That's one of the main reasons we stay off-site. When we go to WDW it's for 7-10 days, and DH & DW prefer having a seperate room.

Having done both, off-site is just as convenient, larger rooms with more amenities, and usually a nicer, less crowed pool as well.

WOW! Looks like I started my first debate! It's great that everyone puts so much thought into their choice of accomodations. As I said, we tried off-site and this trip we'll be staying onsite at either Dolphin or OKW. On-site works best for my family.

Hope everyone finds the accomodations that work best for their families.

A little off-topic, but I'm curious.. How would you say Disneyland compares to Disney World - in terms of "magic"; cleanliness; crowds; number of things to see and do; etc.??

I LOVE both parks! DL is smaller and easier to tour in less time. Most of the best rides are at DL (of course they don't have everything that WDW can offer). DL also has California adventure now. I think they are comparable in cleanliness, crowds, etc... Both make for a GREAT VACATION!

TTFN!
