Stay and Scream Area's?

Does anyone have a report on where the Stay and Scream Area's are this year? We will have one day passes and going to be in the Studio's Friday. We have stay and scream passes and wondered where the best area is to hang out

Stay and Scream areas: IOA: Daytime Guests with HHN tickets will be held in Marvel (Captain America and Explosion Plaza areas)

Universal Studios guests with stay and scream will be held on the path between Seuss and Soundstage area. USF guests can access Seuss via the Yard (there are access points through the Soundstage areas.)

We have Stay & Scream and HHN Express passes. Which park should we be in at 5pm ,IOA? Will they be telling people with S&S where to go while those not staying for HHN have to leave?
I would like to eat with DH & DS before HHN and then I am going back to PBH while they go to HHN .

Any dinner suggestions?
