Status of AKV?

Anyone know where they stand with this resort??
When is it due to be finished?
How far are they now?
Are they taking reservations for the new section as of yet???

Members can start calling on Aug. 10, 2008 to make reservations beginning May 1, 2009.

I'm sure Mike meant that AKV owners may start calling on Aug. 10, 2008 to make reservations for stays beginning May 1, 2009

Non-AKV owners may reserve Kidani stays 7 months prior to arrival (again for stays beginning May 1, 2009 or later).

May 1st is the date for occupancy, so it's gotta be finished by then
