Hi! Has anyone stayed in these rooms before? I heard that some rooms are noisier than others. Thanks.

2626 was horribly noisy. It was right above a cargo door, so we were woken up as soon as we got into port (horrible when we got to Port Canaveral on the last morning before 5 a.m.).

If 2626 was horribly noisy, then 2622 and 2624 are noisy too. Oh well... :( Thanks, though.

We get our cabin assignments this afternoon but I know we will be on deck 2. I didn't know about these "noisy" rooms until I read this post and checked out the link. We are getting connecting rooms and all but 1 set of connecting rooms are considered "noisy". That stinks!!!

I'd love to hear some other opinions of the noise levels of deck 2 rooms and which rooms were found to be noisy and which were quite. Also, was the noise horrible? Will it scare the kids (or a scaredy cat Mom)?

Thanks!:wave2:

We stayed in conn. cabins 2122/2124 - 2138/2140. We loved the smooth sailing on Cat 9 on Deck 2 w/ the large porthole windows!! Just a hop and skip from elevators, very convenient to restaurants and lower deck makes for easy exit at ports. We surprisingly found the rooms and halls to be relative quite. Rm. 2124 did have some noise above after dinner during evening and 2138/40 some humming from motor - but nothing that would stop us from using again.

Don't stress, go and have fun!! After a great day of cruising fun, by the time you hit the sack you are so tired you won't hear a thing... LOL!!
