Stateroom Door Dimensions

Hi all! I'm a DCL newby and I'm wondering if anyone has any measurements on the stateroom doors? I'm planning to make magnets and want to make sure everything fits where I want it. Most specifically, what is the diameter of the "porthole" on the door. Please and thank you and can't wait to see everyone sailing May 6, 2018!!

All measurements are inches.
The door is 28.75 x 77.75.
13.5 down from the top is a circular door marker that you ought to make allowances for...it has a 7.5 diameter.
The door assembly is 35.25 down from the top and is 9.5 tall. It extends from the edge 4.5.

From the FAQ sticky:
Door Demensions - 27" wide, 6 1/2' high, 3" deep

One thing to be aware of - the door is not flat.

Also, the peep hole is in a different place, depending on the ship. I made my stuff without cutting out the peep hole, but also brought a small pair of very sharp scissors and was able to cut the space out on the fly.

The hole is actually the same size as a dessert plate so that's makes it easy to make magnets for it

Hello! Do you have a guesstimate of the distance between the surface of the door and the surface of the number plate? If I was going to put one of my magnets over the cabin number how far down will I have to compensate for with the magnets and spacers to reach the door?

Hey there - me again

I am putting the finishing touches on my door decor and need to know - is it the TOP of that circular door marker that is 13.5" down from the top, or the CENTER of the door marker? I am guessing that it's the top, but better to confirm before I cut.
