State of Utah Fall Holiday - 2013???

I have read in the past that many try and plan around the week in the fall when roughly the state of Utah has a fall holiday for their schools - - - and many take this time to visit DL.

Is there any validity to this and if so, does anyone know when the dates might be in 2013.

We're planning a Sept-October trip in 2013 and would like to take this into consideration.

I'm thinking of a trip about the same time.
Besides Utah's school break, what are some other crowd makers (conventions) during these times?

Utah's UEA break is Oct. 17-18, 2013. Depending on the district, most school are also out a couple days before or after this date. I do think it increases crowds in the park SLIGHTLY that weekend, but all Oct. weekends are very busy. If you can plan for Sept., you will likely have less crowds.

Also, keep gay days in mind, the first weekend in Oct.

Gay Days is a big one...that is the first weekend in October usually.
Arizona schools also have a fall break the first two weeks of October. I find the best time to go is the last two weeks. They seem to be the lightest during the week.
