Starwood question

I've booked my trip through AAA but I do have a starwood card, what can it do for me?
Do any of the Disney properties honor starwood cards?

None of the offical Disney hotel honor starwood cards. However since you hare a member of AAA and starwood you can apply for the AAA starwood members card that allow you a 4:00 pm checkout (when available and a room upgrade if available.

Now the Swan and Dolphin resorts are Starwood properties but they are not owned by Disney however they are on Disney property. They are located between the Yatch/Beach Club and MGM Studios.

Is a starwood members card the same as a starwood preferred guest card? If not how do I get a members card? The 4pm check out would be great since are flight isn't until 7pm!

If you go to the website www.spg.com maybe you can find where the AAAPro area is. I don't have the link or I would send it. If not just find the customer service # and call them. Tell them you are a starwood prefered guest and also a AAA member and that you would like to upgrade to that status. I hope that this helps. I am still waiting for my AAA Pro membership info. I joined about 2 weeks ago. There are others who can provide you with more details maybe they will see this thread.
