It's the second year in a row and it feels great!! It took a few years to get to this point, but I will never let it happen again.

There's activity, but always, ends in ZERO.
Can't wait for THAT statement to say ZEROWe've always tried to keep credit cards payed off. If we use them, when the bill comes, we pay off the entire balance right away.
I had to use our card a few time for a few online Christmas gifts, but the bill was payed weeks before Christmas.
Same thing goes for vacations, if they are used, the balance is paid off entirely BEFORE we even go.
Our main idea is to use cash, or our debit card. We have 1 credit card only that we use, we earn reward points as well with it. Extra bonus![]()
Having no credit card debt, always, It is a good feeling!!
Congrats OP & Everyone Else - I agree -- it's so freeing to not owe a bill @ the end of the month for stuff already done, gone or used! This is our 2nd year starting out the year that we have not carrier debt... If I have used a credit card, I do so for some sort of benefit... security, bonus points, etc.. and then after I give it a few days to show up on the account, I go online and pay it off.. It's so nice to see my credit card statements each month say ending balance $0.00There's activity, but always, ends in ZERO.
now, if we can just keep chipping away @ that mortgageCan't wait for THAT statement to say ZERO
