So, havent been on WISH for a long time. I made it my home page so there is no forgetting and/or avoiding it! As of right now, I am out of work ( I waitress
seasonal, which keeps me in somewhat shape) just sittinghome really doing nothing! I have gained so much weigh even my fat clothes is getting tight! I have been so discouraged lately and unmotivated, I just can't get it together. I am taking babystep! Got myself a good DVD which I just did and couldn;t believe how hard it was. It is the walk away the pounds! I used to do the 3 miles walk and barely break a sweat! I barely made it through the 1 mile! So for the remainder of the week, I'll stick with the 1 mile and next week bump it up to 2. As far as eating, I lost tons of weight a couple of years back doing low carb. I truely believe it messed up my body chemistry but thats a whole nother story! Anyway, Iplan on just cutting back using good carbs and most of all NOT EATING LATE at night in bed. This has become such a bad habit I formed over the past year!

So, if anyone has any words of encouragement or inspiration...pass it this way! I am beginning now!

So I weighed in this morning first time in a while. I was 181! yikes! I ate awful last night! I think because i excercise i can just eat whatever as well as when I dont excercise then I eat good! Got to do both simtaniously! I'll check in tomorrow! gonna do 2 miles today see how I do!

Welcome back to Wish! You can do it and I think its great you are taking baby steps. Its amazing how fast they all add up towards success.

I think many of us struggle with getting both exercise and healthy eating accomplished. Its not easy! But you can do this.

Welcome back to the boards! You will be amazed how easy it is once you get into the eating and living healthy mode! You do know that "diet" is a 4 letter word after all. Two months ago I was 20 pounds heavier, lazy and thought nothing about eating all kinds of crap. But then I managed to get through that first couple of weeks and after that the exercise became motivating. You will get there, I have a very long road ahead of me but I am ready to travel it and so are you! We will all get healthy together :)
