Gretta, I'm impressed that some days you get more than one workout in. I'm lucky to do my 30 minutes with Jillian.
Minnie, that is a bunch of cardio. And I bet it was more fun than Cardio 1!
Welcome Meagan - yes, I enjoy the workouts. They are tough and challenge me, but they aren't impossible.
So tonight I did workout 4 for the first time. It was the toughest of all of them so far, but that is just because it focuses mainly on the backside. There is some arm work, but it is mostly combined with the glutes, so your backside doesn't get much of break. There were 2 exercises that I couldn't quite finish the last rep or hold the last 5 seconds. So that is my goal. Just like workout 3, it is tough but not impossible. And my backside is still shaking an hour later! It is going to be rough getting out of bed in the morning!![]()
Hey everybody! I'm doing Body Revolution as well - on week 3! I've lost .5, which I'd love to have lost more, but I know I've lost inches just in the way my clothes are fitting. I'm not following the food plan, as I'm a WW member.
I thought workout 3 and 4 were pretty tricky - trying to make sure I had my form right and such. Definately felt workout 3 the day after, I'm a little concerned about number 12, lol!

Wow Minnie 2.5 hours of cardio. You rock! I'm hoping to get outside for some cardio this weekend. I'm growing tired of Cardio 1.

Just finished cardio 1. It's getting easier every time. But now I'm dealing with a stomach ache. That's been happening to me a lot after exercising.
Just finished my second attempt at workout 3. Went better. I was able to have better form and do a couple advanced moves.
How about everyone else?
Oh, and I see a visible bicep in my arm!

Minnie, I don't know, still sounds like a lot of cardio to me. I like watching my nieces play volleyball but I have never tried it myself. Thats great that you have found a couple of sports that you like so much. Good for you having the kids home for 4 days. What a treat!
My boys will both be home by Saturday night. Yeah! I miss them.
Did Cardio 1 today and was hoping to do it twice by didn't get that far. The Physical Therapist has given me about 30 minutes of excercises a day and I am making sure I do them religiously. I have a surgical consultation set for the end of the month for this back and I am hoping if i do everything she says I will be able to cancel it.
We have carpeting coming tomorrow and had to get ready for it. We painted last weekend but had some last minute stuff to do. Boy, my house is a wreck. Will have to get it put back together tomorrow.
