Start of Free Dining?

Is the weekend of the 21st of August the first weekend of free dining? Just curious I was planning on a quick trip down for DD and I but read on another post that the first weekend of free dining is always busy. If this is true then I just might change it to the next weekend. TIA

Free dinig starts on Aug 15th which is Sunday....so yes that would be the first full weekend of free dining!
