Starring Rolls Lunch hours

Can you order a lunch sandwich early in the morning at Starring Rolls or is there a designated time when they start serving lunch sandwiches?

I am hoping to use a CS credit to order a sandwich and yummy cupcake.

I think the have the sandwiches in the display case as soon as they open, so I think they'd be available then.
