I have a question about this, if you are staying in a club level room is it possible they can make this happen for you?

I missed out for our trip while staying here sadly. Keep looking back hoping for an opening but I was to late. My own fault.

My experience is the concierge cast don't have any extra pull. They can book it for you, but if it's not available it's not available.

We did the Wanyama safari several times - it was pricey, but we tried to do it early in our stay every time we stayed at AKV, it was nice learning some of the back stories about the animals we were seeing from our balcony & the Jiko dinner was outstanding. I wish they’d bring that safari back.
We also did lunch w/ an animal keeper at Sanaa - no special ride through AKL’s savannas, but we learned so much from the 2 animal keepers we had lunch w/.

Is this every night and all year? I can’t find those details. The last time we were at WDW not everyone was over 8 years old so we thought we’d try this time. We are there in December though so not sure if it’s an all year thing.
