Yes, you can use a Starbucks GC (including ones loaded into the Starbucks App) to pay. You can also earn Starbucks Reward points (if you've signed up for the program), but you cannot redeem earned rewards at any of the in-park Starbucks locations.

Can you use a Starbucks GC for all of the items in the Main Street Bakery including food items, or just Starbucks drinks?

I was able to use the Starbucks App to pay for drinks, food, and the merchandise (e.g., You Are Here mugs).

This is good to know! I'm not much of a Starbucks girl but I received a $20 gift card from a client for Christmas. I'll save it for WDW!
