The autographs we hard to get for two different places: one, the actual stars. We got to the park early on Friday and waited in line for 45 min until they decided that wristbands would be a good way to go. I managed to get #13 for Billy Dee Williams and #60 (the last one) for Anthony Daniels. My friends got the first of the standby line for Anthony Daniels. They did not take any stand-by for the first session and only 10 for the second. If you do not have a wristband, don't even bother with them. There are characters with lines and they are more than willing to spend time with everyone. The characters that are roaming the parks are a lot tougher to get and yeah, they do tend to go for the older girls. For some reason, when we were in the front of line for Luke and Leia, Han Solo came over, leaving a line of his people waiting to spend time with us and another girl roughly our age (early 20s). I think he was supposed to be playing jealous that Leia was with Luke but it really was just strange. It really all depends on the character as to how they interact with others. Of course, this is the same as anywhere in the parks. Certain characters give some people more attention than others. If you wait in line, you are garunteed your interaction with the characters just the same as normal. One note: some characters do not come out if there is any rain, whatsoever (Queen Amidala and Darth Maul), so even if it is just drizzling, they will leave. Hope this helps!
