Star Wars Weekend....what is it/when/etc?

We will be @ WDW 6/7 - 6/14 and I noticed "Stars Wars Weekend" marked. What events go on for that? Is it only @ DHS, or is it at all parks? Are there certain things with that weekend that are not to be missed?

I am wondering the same thing. DS is a huge star wars fan and I want to be sure he doesn't miss a thing. Is there a better day to go? Fri, Sat, or Sun? We'll be there 6/2 - 6/9.

we were there in 06 and there are starwars castmembers all over the place. It is only at dhs. There are some special things that go on.There is a jedi clinic this happens several times through out the day. THere is a area dedicated to starwars souviners. There are areas for getting autographs and pics. It is a theme for those weekends. My kids love it. We have pics with the whole family with Darth Vader along with his storm troopers. There was a x wing fighter you could have your pic taken with. When we walked into the park when it opened there were storm troopers on top of the buildings looking down on all of us like they were in control of the park. Micky was dressed as a Jedi and Minni had the look a like hair of Princess laya (sp) Just was a whole theme for the weekend.
