Ok, the people at the info desk don't know all the details...just watched padawan mind challenge, kids DO get a gift...the 2:10 is all clone wars and the 6:30 is all Episode 1

That would be great news. Reports yesterday were that both were Clone Wars - anyone know if those reports were in error or a change in format?

Carbon freeze takes about 10 min per, your wait will varry depending on those ahead of you. There's 2 stations.

6:00 ray park show was typical of past years

Busses started 1 hour before park as normal.

Milkshakes and frozen drink r2 by lake, you could buy the mug as an add on at prime time for 5.50, about same added cost as the shake. ($9.70)

Thank you to all for the details of the day. Just checked into the Portofino at Universal today. My Ds and I will be going to Lego land tomorrow and I will be in conferences all day Monday and Tuesday.

I would love to sneak over for SWW tomorrow, but my son has his heart set on Legoland. He still doesn't know that he and I will be coming down for weekend three of SWW.

After reading about the parking today, I am changing game plans. He and I will be driving over from BWV bright and early in the morning. Then when we take our afternoon break, instead of driving back to BWV we will walk so we don't have far to go to the car when the day is over.

Last year we stayed at OKW and took a break n the afternoon and drove back to our resort. It was tough getting a parking spot when we arrived back at the park!!

Can't wait to see everyone for week three!!!

He was very nice . Talkative but not too much...about pmc, I guess they just changed it because people complained about yesterday.....Hoopla was great, people started grabbing spots around 6:00 it got packed around 7:20. Had a great time. I'll try and post video tomorroe

AppleSister1 - yes there is a lot to take in just walking around, there are the SW characters and the Disney superstars in their SW costumes. A lot of the "public" are creative in dressing up as well. We are most looking forward to the parade. We will also check out Darth's Mall if the line is not two hours.

We plan to be at the resort bus stop at 7am and then catch the Storm Trooper show on the roof at the gate. We'll get FP for TSM and ride Star Tours. I booked breakfast at Hollywood and Vine at 9.40am. It's not the greatest and we are all too old for Handy Manny but the buffet will mean we won't need lunch, buffet is quicker because you serve yourself, we are then free to line up for the parade and not be hungry. The counter service places can be busy. We then have an early dinner booked at 50's Primetime. Around all this we'll take in some rides/shows.

I've seen the Darth Maul front, but was curious if anything is on the back. I find it hard to believe it doesn't say WDW or SWW or Passholder or anything on it anywhere?

My son is on the Asoerger's spectrum of Autism. The cast members last year were Rey accommodating. I gave him my wrist band and fastpass and was able to accompany him for autographs!

Anyone else stayng at the Boardwalk for the third week?

Thanks for sharing this. DS has aspergers and I was starting to get worried about autographs. The thought if him alone in line or with the celeb worries me even sitting here in the couch at home! We've been to SWW before but this is the first time he's been even slightly interested in getting an autograph. Fortunately he's interested in getting Ashley / Asoka's autograph so maybe the line won't be as bad as the others, and we can both get a fp/wristband. Hopefully we just get a compassionate CM that will let us go up together.

We will be at SWW on the last Friday. Unfortunately, I have to leave the park about 3pm to get back to the resort to catch the ME back home.

I hope 1/2 day at the park will be enough. I'm not really a Star Wars fanatic, but I am slowly getting sucked into this excitement!

My kids just adore Star Wars (they're watching #6 as I type), but aren't into Clone Wars as much. They are so excited about JTA and really want to fight Darth Vader or Darth Maul instead of the Ventress. Is there a way to coordinate that?

We did JTA at Disneyland not World (yet) so it may be different. But, my son did not want to fight Darth Maul and of course was put in the line to fight him. DS politely asked if he could please fight Darth Vader instead and they moved him to that line.

WOW! Is that normal? We are going to SWW #4 and I had decided to skip the celeb autographs because I didn't want to drag everyone there super early but if they still have FPs at park opening......AWESOME! Bonus for our trip!

I would say just shceck when you get there, the park opened at 7:30am yesterday and there was astill fps available for all, except Ray...so if you get there maybe an hour before the park officially opens you may be in luck

Do the shows fill up? Do we need to get in line early? (specifically wondering about Ray's 6p show.)

How early should we look for Hyperspace Hoopla seating?

You could make the lines for shows about 30min before, the only exception is Ray Park's show that fill us quicker, try and be there an hour before for him.
Hyperspace Hoopla is very popular, yesterday people started grabbing spots early, around 6pm...it was very crowded by 7pm. Or if you watch it from the American Idol Experience screen around 7pm you should find a decent spot

You could always ask the CMs signing up...this is what I saw yesterday, little kids get put up on the stage with Darth Vader...bigger kids, down with Ventress or Maul

Working on the video right now, it's mostly crowds outside the turnstiles for celeb fp, crowds going, crowds lining up for characters around 8:30am and alot of the merchandise tent...
Hyperspace Hoopla is louder than ever this year. lots of pyro and explosion sounds, just letting people know who have kids that don't like loud noises or fireworks. It's awesome though, I always ask myself how can they top it each year...and they do,
Now I'll give you my "secret" spot for Hoopla, keep in mind you'll have to wait a long time for this spot, we grab it around 5:30pm...yes, I know we're crazy, but this spot is worth it.
There's a sound/tech tent accros from the Hat stage toward the right (if you are facing the Hat Stage) right next to that tent there's a ledge and then a walkway that links to the Brown Derby...that's the secret spot. You can sit the entire time on the ledge (not having to sit on the floor while you wait is a blessing for me since I have bad knees) your family can come and go and while someone holds the spot. Then when Hoopla starts you can stand up on the ledge, not bother anyone behind you because there's just bushes and trees behind you and you'll see the show perfectly, not even all the kids on shoulders obstruct the view. I'm 5'2" so I'm on the small side. Just beware as the show starts to grow closer people will want to cram on the ledge, just stand your ground, you've been waiting for hours. Good thing about this spot, you can watch the Disney Channel Rocks show at 5:30pm, then the Padawan Mind Challenge at 6:30pm so you won't get that bored...the bad part, it's a long wait, but if you have the time, try it.

Park opened today around 7:35am.My daughter got in line for Dee Bradley Baker at 6:45am, got a fp for 3:45pm, first session. This one fp OR standby per person is allowing more people to be able to grab a fp and not have to camp out all night.
