Star Wars Weekend Pins question

My son is just starting out pin trading, and wants to get some of the Star Wars pins when we're there at the end of the month.

Do all of the limited edition pins usually sell out after the first weekend, or do we have a chance of getting some. We're both DVC members and annual pass owners.

Also, where would you buy the pins? I've never looked for pins in the parks.

My guess would be the Cantina shop in DHS for those pins, and I would hope they would portion them out per weekend. If you get any extras to trade, LMK, as I would love the Mickey/Donald with Wampas

Last year they sold the pins in Wicket's Warehouse. Think that is being moved this year.

Last year I went to the last weekend event and was worried about them not having any merchandise left. I was pleasantly surprised when they still had all the pins available.

I don't buy all the pins. Just some here and there. From my experience the only ones that seem to sell fast are the AP pins. But I have not had a problem with trading (on-line through Pinpics) to get one.
The only issue I could see is going to SWW in one of the later weekends and not being able to buy the earlier releases.
